Terms of Service

1. Service description

EcomViz is a multi-store Shopify analytics dashboard that lets merchants connect multiple Shopify stores and view unified KPIs, revenue trends, and goal tracking in a single interface. By creating an account and using EcomViz, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to connect the Shopify stores you add to EcomViz. By using the service you represent that you own or have permission to access the store data you connect.

3. Plans and pricing

EcomViz offers two plans:

Prices are displayed in USD. EcomViz reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers.

4. Billing and refunds

Pro plan subscriptions are processed through Shopify Billing and charged at the start of each 30-day billing cycle. Charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Settings page.
• Cancellation takes effect immediately — your plan reverts to Free upon cancellation.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
• If a charge fails, Shopify may retry the payment before suspending access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use EcomViz to access store data you do not own or have explicit permission to access.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the EcomViz platform.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or Shopify's own terms of service.
• Share your account credentials or allow third parties to access your account.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits (e.g. by manipulating store connections).

6. Account termination

EcomViz reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users or the platform — without prior notice and without liability.

Upon termination, your access to the service ends immediately. Any data associated with your account may be deleted. If you believe your account was terminated in error, contact us at legal@ecomviz.app.

7. Availability and warranties

EcomViz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Shopify, Supabase, Vercel, Clerk) or circumstances beyond our control.

We do not warrant that analytics data displayed is error-free. Data accuracy depends on the Shopify API and may be subject to delays or limitations imposed by Shopify.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomViz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of EcomViz after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active Pro subscribers of material changes by email.
